7am:
Eyes off the pot of foundation containing SPF25. 'Love the sparkly lid' she thinks as she unscrews it. Colour looks just right for her skin tone. She is always dubious about wearing powder foundation only, as she never seems to get the coverage she desires. Using a thick brush she applies. Surprised, it covers better than she thought. She takes the cheek colour. Only a small amount needed to give her cheeks a rosy, sun-kissed look. Happy with the application she heads off to work.
8am:
Driving to work her face feels a little wierd, like she's not wearing any make up. When she wears liquuid foundation she can feel it and her skin has a slightly sticky touch. Not today.
9am:
While in the bathroom she checks how her make up looks. Nice. Her skin looks smooth and even-toned. Colour looks good.
11:30am:
She heads off to the bathroom again to check how her make up is looking. Great. Still looks as though it has just been applied.
1pm:
Should normally be seeing that slightly oily sheen across her forehead and cheeks by now. Not today!
4pm:
Could perhaps use a little re-touch about now but the work day is over anyway and make up has lasted the whole day. She heads home very happy.
