Back in February Spehora, along with Make Up Forever, held a 'Lash Pimpin Contest' looking for the most extravagant set of eyelashes out there. Well they have finally announced the winner (photo above). They are out of this world! Winner, Oxana Sandoval says "I knew I wanted to create a wonderland, a fantasy world. Feathers to me represent joy, happiness, fun, and excitement. By pairing them with rhinestones, I was able to create a 'dream' eyelash."Oxana won the grand prize of a trip to the Make Up For Ever Academy in Paris. Oxana shares how she created this fantasy look.
